We actively involve the individuals, their families, and/or their representatives in the decision-making process regarding their care and support. We are dedicated to providing highly trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure excellent care that enhances the well-being of the Individuals. We strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the state of Maryland and DDA regulations to prevent deficiencies. Encouraging teamwork, continuous education, open communication, client advocacy, family, and community involvement, we believe in making a collective difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
